Effective and last updated September 17, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of unbreakablefathership.com and the articles, worksheets, downloads, email resources, and other materials made available through it. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
1 Agreement to these Terms
These Terms form an agreement between you and Unbreakable Fathership (“Unbreakable Fathership,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the Website. Our Privacy Policy also applies to your use of the Website and explains how we handle personal information.
2 Eligibility accounts and registration
The Website is intended for adults age 18 and older. By using it, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. Children may not create accounts, comment, subscribe, submit forms, or otherwise participate through the Website.
Some Website features may permit registration or require an account to comment or access particular resources. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it reasonably current, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law. An account does not guarantee continued access to any particular feature or resource.
3 Purpose of the Website
Unbreakable Fathership provides educational, inspirational, faith-informed, and personal-development content intended to support, equip, and empower fathers and others interested in stronger fatherhood and family relationships. The Website may include articles, downloadable worksheets, newsletters, general information, and links to third-party resources.
4 Educational content and no professional relationship
All Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for services from a qualified professional. Your use of the Website, completion of a worksheet, or communication with us does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
You are responsible for deciding whether information is appropriate for your circumstances and for seeking qualified professional assistance when needed. Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of something on the Website.
5 Emergencies and safety
The Website and its email or contact forms are not monitored emergency or crisis services. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number. In the United States, you may call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. If you are concerned about abuse, neglect, domestic violence, or a child’s safety, contact the appropriate emergency service, protection agency, or qualified professional in your location.
6 Faith-informed content
Some content reflects a Christian, Scripture-rooted perspective on fatherhood, family, leadership, responsibility, and personal growth. Such content expresses the mission and perspective of Unbreakable Fathership and is not presented as a substitute for professional care or as a guarantee of any personal, relational, spiritual, legal, or health outcome.
7 Permitted use of resources
Unless a resource states different license terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the Website and download or print resources for your own personal, noncommercial use. You may share an unmodified link to a public Website page.
Without our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, sell, license, remove branding from, create derivative works from, or use our content or resources in a commercial program, publication, course, database, artificial-intelligence training dataset, or other product or service. Professionals and organizations must obtain written permission before reproducing worksheets for clients, participants, classes, or groups unless the resource expressly permits that use.
8 Intellectual property
The Website and its original text, graphics, logos, designs, worksheets, downloads, arrangement, and other content are owned by or licensed to Unbreakable Fathership and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unbreakable Fathership names, logos, slogans, and visual identifiers may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement without prior written permission. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
9 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, exploitative, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, accounts, servers, forms, data, or systems.
- Introduce malware, interfere with Website operation, bypass security measures, or probe for vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated means to extract content or data except ordinary search-engine indexing authorized by us.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, credentials, or professional qualifications.
- Submit spam, unauthorized advertising, or content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Submit highly sensitive information, confidential records, or identifying information about a child through ordinary Website forms or email.

10 Comments feedback and submissions
Comments posted to a public blog or other public area are visible to other visitors and should not be treated as private or confidential. Do not post identifying information about a child, confidential records, private family or legal information, or information you do not have the right to disclose.
You retain ownership of original content you submit. By posting a comment or other material for display on the Website, you grant Unbreakable Fathership a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that material as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, promote, and preserve the Website and its discussions. You may request removal, but removal may not eliminate copies already lawfully shared, cached, or retained for security or legal purposes.
By voluntarily submitting private feedback, suggestions, or other nonconfidential material, you authorize us to use it to respond to you, operate and improve the Website, and carry out the purpose for which you submitted it. We will not publicly identify you or publish a private message, personal story, or testimonial without permission. Do not send material you lack the right to share.
11 Third-party websites and resources
The Website may link to third-party websites, books, organizations, services, or resources. Links are provided for convenience and information. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, services, or statements. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
12 No guaranteed outcomes
Fatherhood, family, personal growth, relationships, health, and legal circumstances vary. We do not promise that use of the Website or any resource will produce a particular outcome, improve a relationship, resolve a dispute, prevent a crisis, or meet your specific needs. Examples and personal stories are illustrative and are not guarantees.
13 Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT AND RESOURCES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR APPLICABLE TO YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES.
14 Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNBREAKABLE FATHERSHIP AND ITS FOUNDER, CONTRIBUTORS, VOLUNTEERS, REPRESENTATIVES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, TO USE THE WEBSITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR 100 U.S. DOLLARS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15 Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unbreakable Fathership and its founder, contributors, volunteers, representatives, service providers, successors, and assigns from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not require you to indemnify a party for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.
16 Suspension and changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We may moderate or remove comments, limit participation, suspend or terminate accounts, or block access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, security is at risk, content is inappropriate for the Website, or action is needed to protect users, third parties, or the Website. We are not obligated to publish a comment or maintain any particular account, content, or feature.
17 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective or last-updated date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated. If you continue using the Website after revised Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
18 Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a legal claim, you and Unbreakable Fathership agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and at least 30 days for a response, unless immediate relief is reasonably necessary. Any court proceeding arising from the Website or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Sarasota County, Florida, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court when eligible or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
19 General terms
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of an incorporation, reorganization, merger, transfer of assets, or similar transaction. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Website, except for separate terms that expressly apply to a specific resource or service.
