We believe the traditional family structure is foundational for children’s stability, development, and well-being. While not every family reflects or preserve this structure, its principles remain vital to supporting all fathers committed to their children’s well-being above conflict or separation.

MEET THE FOUNDER
A Mission Born From a Story of Fatherhood, Marriage, and Family Restoration
Eliezer "Eli" Rivera
Eliezer Rivera is a father, husband, man of faith, and the founder of Unbreakable Fathership. His commitment to strengthening fathers has been shaped not only by study and professional experience, but also by the responsibilities, challenges, and growth he has experienced through fatherhood itself.
Like many fathers, Eliezer has learned that loving one’s children deeply does not make the demands of fatherhood simple. Fathers are often expected to provide stability, exercise leadership, manage pressure, and remain strong for their families—sometimes with limited guidance or support. These experiences strengthened his conviction that fathers do not need to have everything figured out, but they do need opportunities to grow, develop practical skills, and connect with others who take fatherhood seriously.
Professionally, Eliezer works as a therapeutic mentor, supporting children and families as they navigate behavioral, relational, and developmental challenges. He is also completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. His education and work continue to deepen his understanding of resilience, relationships, personal development, and the influence fathers have on the well-being of their children and families.
Eliezer founded Unbreakable Fathership to help create the kind of support he believes more fathers need: practical resources, honest encouragement, opportunities for growth, and a community grounded in responsibility, purpose, and faith. His vision is not to present fathers with an image of perfection, but to help them become more resilient, intentional, and positively influential—one decision, relationship, and generation at a time.
